Name:
Jessica Cook
Title:
Veterinary Assistant

Jessica graduated in 2005 from Plano Senior High School. She has been employed at Ohio Drive Animal Hospital since it opened and is extremely dedicated to the care and well-being of our patients. She is a jack-of-all-trades who participates in all areas of responsibility around the hospital. She currently attends Collin County Community College and is working on an associate's degree in science. After completing her undergraduate work, she plans on attending veterinary school and becoming a veterinarian. Ultimately, she would like to work with wildlife, rather than with domestic animals. She loves coming to work every day because she feels that it is very important to help animals in need of care.  When Jessica is not working, some of her favorite activities include rock concerts, eating out and spending time with her close friends. She shares her house with three dogs and three cats and gives them tons of love and attention.

Name:
Flora Ellias
Title:
Receptionist

Living in her own zoo makes working for a vet a natural for Flora.  With two Russian Wolfhounds, an Irish Wolfhound, a Golden Retriever, three cats and two birds (plus three daughters) Flora has surrounded herself with animals 24 hours a day.

Escaping from Michigan in 1987, after graduating from Eastern Michigan University, Flora, besides raising her kids, both two and four-legged, has worked as an administrator for both people and pet doctors.  In her few free moments, Flora is an avid tennis player, playing in several Dallas-area leagues.

Name:
Lindsey Polley
Title:
Receptionist

Lindsey has been with us since January of 2007, and she loves it!  She has always wanted to work with animals, so this is the perfect place for her.  He's not sure what field of work she wants to major in, but it will be something to do with animals.  She lives here in Plano with Murphy, her sweet little cocker spaniel, and plans on having many more pets as soon as she has a big backyard for them.  She loves working with Dr. Benjamin and the rest of the team, so she plans to stay here as long as she can.
